An all-analog preamp and distortion inspired by classic British amplifiers. Parallel Bright and Normal channels, a passive three-band EQ and a dedicated boost stage shape your tone from medium to high gain.

01Bright / Normal
Together, these two controls set the tonal character and amount of distortion. Treat them as a continuous blend: start with both at zero and gradually raise the levels.
02Bass / Mid / Treble
Passive three-band tone shaping. Start at noon, then adjust the final frequency response to suit your sound.
03Master
Sets the final output level of the effect.
04Boost
Activates a gain stage before the preamp for additional drive. The boost level can be adjusted with an internal trimmer potentiometer.
05Bypass
Relay-switched true bypass engages or bypasses the effect.

Start at zero
Set Bright and Normal to zero, then gradually blend them to find the character you want.
- 02
Set the EQ to noon
Start with Bass, Mid and Treble at noon, then fine-tune your tone.
- 03
Level and boost
Use Master to set the output level. Engage the Boost stage for additional distortion.
